Clinova is a business-to-business service for clinic owners in Ireland. This explains what personal data we handle through this website, how we look after it, and where patient data stands.

Who we are
Clinova is a done-for-you growth service for private clinics, run by Myles Dunnion, trading as Clinova, Dublin, Ireland. Reach us at myles@clinova.ie. For the data described in this notice, we are the data controller.
What this website collects
This is a simple website. It runs no advertising trackers, sets no cookies of its own and sells no data. We handle personal data only in these cases:
- When you book a call or contact us: your name, email address, clinic details and your message, so that we can reply and prepare.
- Visit counts: we count page visits and clicks on the Book a call button with our hosting provider’s analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify you.
- Standard technical data: our hosting provider may process security-related request logs (such as IP address) to keep the site available.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use what you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss whether Clinova is a fit. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. No decisions are made about you without a person involved.
Third parties
Kept to a minimum: our hosting and content-delivery provider serves the site and counts visits; our scheduling provider handles any call you book. The typefaces are served from this website, not from a font provider. Each provider processes data under its own terms, and we share only what is needed.
How long we keep it, and your rights
We keep enquiry details only as long as needed, then delete them. Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing: email myles@clinova.ie. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
Patient data and client clinics
This website is for clinic owners and collects no patient information. Where a clinic engages Clinova, we process patient data only on the clinic’s documented instructions, as a processor under Article 28 of the GDPR, governed by a written data processing agreement with the clinic. We use only the data the work needs and never read clinical notes. That processing is governed by the agreement with the clinic, not by this notice.
