Who we are

Clinova is a done-for-you patient-growth service for Irish clinics, operated by Myles Dunnion. Reach us at myles@clinova.ie. For data-protection law, we are the data controller for the data described here.

What this website collects

This is a simple marketing website. It runs no advertising trackers and sells no data. We handle personal data only when you choose to give it:

• When you book an audit or contact us — your name, email, clinic details and your message, so we can reply and prepare.
• When you use the estimator or diagnostic — the figures you enter stay in your browser to produce an estimate. They are not sent to us or stored unless you choose to share them.
• Standard technical data — our hosting provider may process security-related request logs (such as IP address) to keep the site available.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use what you send to respond to your enquiry and discuss whether Clinova is a fit. Our lawful basis is your consent and our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries. No automated decision-making.

Third parties

Kept to a minimum: our hosting and content-delivery provider serves the site; our scheduling provider handles any call you book; typefaces load from a font provider's CDN. Each processes data under its own terms; we share only what's needed.

How long we keep it, and your rights

We keep enquiry details only as long as needed, then delete them. Under the GDPR you may access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, and object to processing — email myles@clinova.ie. You may also complain to the Irish Data Protection Commission (dataprotection.ie).
